Right now we are less mobile then ever, having to consciously make an effort to get out for exercise and to move around our homes.
We are not commuting, taking children to school, walking around work, getting out, running errands, socialising, moving or exercising as we usually would, all while we are sitting around more than ever.......And it’s not like most of us were wonderfully flexible to start with.
Upper body strength and flexibility are always something to strive for and maintain. We need both to move about our lives comfortably and as we age we have to work to maintain our strength and flexibility.
Not easy in our current situation.
So, I want to help motivate you to keep moving!
Pilates is a full body workout, but for February we will focus on upper body strength and flexibility. Improving our planks, push ups and back bends.
Starting Monday 8 February. I will join you live Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am(GMT). Zoom details etc will be sent out Saturday 6 February.
If you can’t join us live at 7am(GMT) a recording will be posted to the private Facebook group for you to do later or repeat if you wish!
We will work out together for 3 weeks and on Saturday 27 February we will have a class together where hopefully we will all feel stronger and more flexible! This class will be 10am (GMT).
Live classes will be 30/40 mins.

To make sure you receive the Zoom link in time for 7am (GMT) Monday 8 February please sign up by midday Saturday 6 February. Sign ups after that will receive the Zoom link as soon as is practicable.
Classes will be mixed ability but not suitable for complete beginners to Pilates.
