Try this workout to move and stretch your body in less than 15 minutes.
No props needed, just find some space for a mat or a towel for your body to be at full length lying down.
Roll downs/up a problem - then just roll back as far as you can maintain control and then roll back up rather than all the way to the floor.
Rollovers your nemesis? Lift your pelvis as far as you are able today and make sure to press down into your arms.
You'll hear in the video I have been reclining horizontal on a beach a little too much of late and need to improve my conditioning!!!!!
