14 Day Pilates Reset

If like me you find yourself mid Summer holidays wondering what day or month it is this reset is for you.  The perfect antidote to dusting off the cobwebs of no routines and an abandonment of self care, as if you are anything like me, you overindulge on your holidays and do a little or a lot less movement.

Starting 7pm (UK) Monday 28 August and running for 14 days we will reset our bodies and mind focusing on our breathe, feet, pelvic floor and general movement.   We will stretch, strengthen and take some time for ourselves.

Live classes will be recorded with the recording available on the private Facebook group and emailed out.

 

Monday 28 August 7pm - Lets Breathe

Wednesday 30 August 8am - Footwork

Saturday 2 September - Stretch and Strength

Monday 4 September - Feet connected to your seat

Wednesday 6 September 8am - Breathe and movement

Saturday 9 September 8am - Lets Flow

 

You can choose to attend all live classes or practice the recordings.  An on demand class will be suggested on a Friday, Tuesday you will receive a breathing exercise to practice, giving you Thursday and Sunday as catch up or rest days from the reset.
